As Avis Turkey, we rank among the 19 European countries in the customer satisfaction survey made by an independent organization in England. In this survey, where you, our customers provide feedback regarding their rentals, we are the European leader for the last 2 years. Besides, in 2008 we, as Avis Turkey, proved our success once more as we were granted “the Most Successful Country of the Year” award in the Avis EAMEA (Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia) meeting held annually. We believe that this success is an indication of the importance we give to the feedbacks received from our esteemed customers and our effort to meet the customer expectations.
We, as the Customer Relations Department, follow in written and settle any requests and expectations of our customers regarding our company and rental service. We made the follow-up required for conclusion of your requests and expectations entered in the customer request form within the specified time and inform you during the process on the issue. Besides, we, as the Customer Relations Department, look ways for excellence of our service with the regular surveys made.
As Avis Customer Relations, our aim is not only to solve your complaints, but it is not receiving any complaints from you by ensuring the “Absolute Customer Satisfaction” and not to make concessions to the customers’ expectations any way.
