You could not find a rental office at your location, or do not have the time to search for it? Do not worry, AVIS is by your side.
With AVIS By Your Side service, those who rent a car from AVIS can pick up their cars from the point they want and return them wherever they want in Istanbul and İzmir.
- The campaign is valid between 6 January 2021 - 31 December 2021.
- With the invoice provided under the terms of the campaign, 30% discount on car rental and delivery and 10% Paracık on car rental fee will be awarded.
- Reservation can be made from Avis website or 444 28 47. For reservations to be created through the call center, it must be stated that the request will be created with 'Hopi Membership'.
- The campaign will be valid when Member submits Hopi QR code when the delivery team contacts with the Member to confirm the details (car delivery, papers, address) before car delivery. If the member is not contacted, and the information and the QR code are not confirmed, the car will not be delivered.
- The campaign is valid for daily rentals.
- AVIS general rental conditions apply.
- The campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing campaigns of the Company.
- Hopi and Budget reserve the right to make changes in the terms, duration and scope of the campaign.
- Hopi Paracık can not be used for car rentals made from AVIS.
- Paracık will be uploaded when the invoice is issued.
- This campaign is valid at Istanbul and İzmir AVIS By Your Side Offices.
- Car delivery is carried out during AVIS By Your Side working hours.
- Full address declared by the customers should be entered into the address box. (It is mandatory to have a home or workplace address.)
- The delivery team will contact you before your reservation time. Depending on the traffic, operation intensity, etc. there may be variation in ± 1 hour for car delivery time. Please contact the call center if you have any questions regarding our delivery and pick up service.
- After booking, the address information can be updated by calling the call center up to 3 hours before the rental period.
- In the event of possible delays;
- In the event of a possible delay, the call center must be informed 3 hours in advance.
- In the event of delays exceeding 1 hour or in cases where timely information is not provided regarding the delay, the car rental fee will be charged for the current day.
- The deposit amount, together with the car rental fee, additional product and service fees, is charged from the credit card of the customer at the beginning of the rental. The customer must be present at the time of delivery and no additional driver or credit card of a different person can be accepted.
