Campaign Participation and Rental Terms and Conditions
  • Offer is valid for rentals completed by 12/31/2026.
  • Offer is valid at Avis Corporate Offices for Hopi members who identify their Hopi membership at the time of rental. The GSM number presented must belong to the renting customer.
  • Under this campaign, a 30% discount and 5% Paracık accrual apply only to the net vehicle rental amount. Additional services are excluded from both the discount and Paracık earnings.
  • This offer may not be combined with any other ongoing company campaign.
  • Hopi and Avis reserve the right to amend the campaign terms, duration, and scope.
  • Hopi Paracık cannot be used as a payment method for Avis car rentals.
  • Offer applies to daily rentals only.
  • Paracık will be credited upon invoice issuance.
  • Hopi reward points (“Paracık”) are earned and redeemed at a rate of 1 Paracık = 1 TL. Different earning or redemption values may apply depending on Hopi merchants, products, or campaigns, and may not be valid in certain cases. Hopi reserves the right to amend Paracık rules or terminate the program. Paracık become available for use within approximately 24 hours and must be used within one year. If a product or service purchased through Hopi is returned or exchanged, earned Paracık will be deducted from the customer’s balance or offset against the refunded amount if the Paracık balance is insufficient. All communication charges related to campaign usage are the responsibility of the user in accordance with applicable agreements.
  • The total rental amount and security deposit must be charged to the renter’s own credit card at the start of the rental. Cash, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.
  • For Luxury and Premium vehicle groups, a single credit card issued by a different bank may be required.
  • The rental agreement is executed at the time of rental and governed by the laws and practices of the country in which the rental takes place.
  • Avis General Rental Terms and Conditions apply.
  • Any invoice balance difference at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental location.
  • The credit card holder must be present at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be made using a third party’s credit card.
  • A security deposit will be charged in addition to the rental fee based on the vehicle’s brand and model. Sufficient credit limit must be available to cover the total rental and deposit amount. The security deposit will be refunded to the same credit card after deduction of any additional services, optional coverages, missing fuel, damages, fines, or other charges not included in the original reservation, if applicable. Deposit refunds are reflected within 3–5 business days due to interbank processing times.
  • Offer applies to passenger vehicles only. Caravan and motorcycle rentals are excluded.
  • Discounted rates are calculated based on the vehicle’s listed price*.
  • Optional protection packages and/or additional products selected during reservation are not included in this campaign.
* Listed Price: Refers to the “pay-at-office price” displayed on the homepage of the Avis website and mobile application.
