Students

You can follow us for our high school and university internship programs, and get to know about the registration times for your applications.

As a student or new graduate, you can join our internship programs and apply to be trained for the positions we have opened. Click for application.

University Internship: Our application process, which starts in the second week of March every year for the staff of the central department, is completed during April-May. Internship programs start as of June. We choose our interns from 3rd and 4th year students of universities that require SSI registration. Within the scope of the program, we include our interns in processes such as orientation, competence inventory processes and feedback, career talks, conversation with our General Manager, Happy Hour, Communication-Teamwork training, online trainings, project planning for the internship department, and presentation at the end of the internship. At the end of the internship, we evaluate the performance based on all these works and offer part-time job opportunities for our successful interns during the academic term. We apply video interview, English exam, general aptitude test, group interview and one-on-one interview processes for internship recruitment.

High School Internship: We choose our interns from relevant departments of Vocational High Schools for all locations we provide services in Turkey. While applications and preliminary interviews for internship recruitment take place during May-June, the internship program starts in September. In our internship selection, we are looking for the prerequisites of being a senior high school student and being within the scope of compulsory internship. Click for application.

2. WHAT ARE THE APPLICATION CRITERIA?

There are different selection criteria for each position. You can access the application criteria specific to the position by checking the content of the positions suitable for you from our postings portal.

3. HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK AFTER THE APPLICATION?

We contact you if your resume information, which is examined by our Recruitment experts after you have made your application for the posting, meets the criteria required for the position. After our online tests and interviews are completed, we inform you after the process whether it has been concluded positively or negatively. 4. HOW ARE THE CANDIDATES IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS INTERVIEWED?

We interview candidates from remote locations to our headquarters via online platforms.

Competence inventory, assessment center, general aptitude tests and English exams are performed during recruitment processes.
