- Offer is subject to fleet availability. In case the requested vehicle is unavailable, a similar or higher category vehicle may be offered.

- The total rental amount and security deposit must be paid at the start of the rental using the renter’s own credit card. Cash, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.
- For Luxury and Premium vehicle groups, a single credit card issued by different banks is required.
- The rental agreement is executed at the time of rental and is governed by the laws and practices of the country where the rental takes place.
- Avis General Rental Terms and Conditions apply to all completed rentals.
- Any invoice balance difference that may occur at the end of the rental will be collected or refunded at the rental location.
- The credit card holder must be present at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be made using a third party’s credit card.
- A security deposit will be charged in addition to the rental fee based on the vehicle’s brand and model. Sufficient credit limit must be available for the total amount.
- The security deposit will be refunded to the same credit card after deduction of any additional charges, if applicable.
- Deposit refunds are reflected on credit cards within 3–5 business days due to interbank procedures.
- A FINDEKS credit score inquiry is conducted at the time of rental.
- Discounted rates are calculated based on the vehicle’s listed price.
- Optional protection packages and/or additional products selected during reservation are not included in this offer.
