  • Reservations must be made through the Avis website (www.avis.com.tr) or the Avis mobile application.
  • The total rental amount and security deposit must be paid at the start of the rental using the renter’s own credit card. Cash, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.
  • The credit card holder must be present at the time of rental. Rentals cannot be made using a third party’s credit card.

  • The rental agreement is executed at the time of rental and is governed by the laws and practices of the country where the rental takes place.
  • A security deposit will be charged in addition to the rental fee based on the vehicle’s brand and model. Sufficient credit limit must be available.
  • The security deposit will be refunded after deduction of any additional charges, if applicable.
  • Installment payments are not available for tolls, fines, accidents, or damages.
  • Any invoice balance difference will be collected or refunded at the rental location.
  • Deposit refunds are reflected within 3–5 business days due to banking procedures.
  • FINDEKS credit score inquiry is conducted at the time of rental.
  • Offer is valid for short-term daily rentals only and does not apply to long-term rentals.
  • Avis reserves the right to change campaign terms without prior notice.
